截圖發業配文 網紅被起訴著作權法

網紅陳沂在2023年5月槓上知名律師李怡貞，曾截圖律師的圖文轉發在自己的臉書上，借題發揮業配葉黃素，遭到北檢起訴，認為陳沂違反著作權法，侵害了李律師的著作財產權。

我們看了一下李律師的臉書，有特別標註「所有文章除媒體作為新聞之使用及單純分享文章連結者外，未經書面同意不得轉載」，顯然李律師非常重視自己的著作財產權。陳沂未經同意使用李律師的圖文，確實容易被認定是侵害到李律師的著作財產權。

身為臉書粉絲專頁的經營者，很能理解律師維護自己智慧財產權的決心

但因為我們不是網紅，所以比較難理解要一直引戰，不惜冒著犯罪的風險也要發文（？的決心XD
