謝沂庭律師臺大法學碩士刑法組畢業，求學期間專攻刑法及刑事訴訟法，碩士論文以「以未得同意為核心的妨害性自主罪章修訂」為題，致力於刑法性自主罪章之研究。
執業後，大量接觸各類訴訟案件，尤其擅長刑事訴訟類型，曾於毒品、槍砲、詐欺、洗錢、加重強盜及賭博罪，均取得過無罪判決之佳績。擅長站在當事人角度思考，以靈活、創新的思維挑戰看似不可能的法庭任務。
