Hsieh I-Ting (Claire) holds a Master of Laws degree from National Taiwan University, where she specialized in criminal law and criminal procedure. Her master's thesis is entitled ‘The Amendment of the Sexual Offenses Chapter in the Criminal Code with a Focus on Consent,’ in which she examines criminal law as it relates to sexual autonomy.
As a practicing attorney, Hsieh I-Ting has extensive experience handling a wide range of lawsuits, with a particular focus on criminal cases. She has achieved excellent results, securing not-guilty verdicts in cases involving drugs, firearms, fraud, money laundering, aggravated robbery, and illegal gambling.
